Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tennis Auckland Region Incorporated will be held as follows:

Time: 7.30pm

Venue: TotalCoach Tennis Centre, 69 Merton Road, St Johns, Auckland

BOARD VACANCIES

Members are advised that Board vacancies will be filled at the AGM in accordance with the Tennis Auckland Constitution.

NOMINATIONS

Nominations for the positions of President and Vice-President must be submitted in writing and received by Tennis Auckland no later than: 5.00pm, Monday 31 August 2026

NOTICES OF MOTION AND OTHER BUSINESS

Any notices of motion, nominations, or other business for consideration at the AGM must be submitted in writing and received by Tennis Auckland no later than: 5.00pm, Tuesday 15 September 2026

DELEGATES AND PROXIES

Voting Members are requested to advise Tennis Auckland of their appointed Voting Delegate no later than: 5.00pm, Tuesday 13 October 2026

Proxy appointments must be lodged with Tennis Auckland by the date and time specified in the AGM agenda notice.

AGM AGENDA

The AGM agenda and supporting papers will be distributed to Voting Members no later than 24 September 2026.
