Tennis Auckland Board – Call for Nominations and Applications 2026

NOMINATIONS AND APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

The Tennis Auckland Board is comprised of four appointed and four elected members. There are currently one (1) appointed and two (2) elected Board Member vacancies. These positions will be selected by the Tennis Auckland Board Appointments Panel, with successful candidates commencing their three-year term following the 2026 Tennis Auckland AGM, scheduled for 15 October 2026.

Board Commitment

• The Board meets at least eight times per year, with each meeting typically lasting around three hours.
• All Board roles are voluntary.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who are passionate about the future of tennis in Auckland and are eager to contribute to its governance. You will be joining a highly skilled and dedicated Board committed to the growth and strength of the sport.  Further details can be found here.

Elected Board Member Nominations

In accordance with the Tennis Auckland Constitution, nominations for Elected Board Member positions must be submitted by Member Clubs or Tennis Associations.

Included with the nomination from a Member Club or Tennis Association, please include a summary from the nominated candidate including:

• A brief letter of interest
• Your CV
• Any relevant involvement in tennis
• Areas where you believe you can make a contribution

All nominations must be received by 5pm, Monday, 31 August 2026.
