- Off-peak (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm): $42 per hour
- Peak (Monday to Friday, 4.00pm to 10.00pm, Saturday and Sunday): $50 per hour
Outdoor Hard Courts with Lights (Courts 7–10)
- Off-peak (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm): $20 per hour
- Peak (Monday to Friday, 4.00pm to 10.00pm, Saturday and Sunday): $25 per hour

TotalCoach Tennis Centre is home to Tennis Life, offers a year-round coaching programme for juniors and adults of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re picking up a racquet for the first time or looking to compete at a national level, there’s a pathway for you.
For juniors, our structured pathway starts with Tennis Hot Shots (ages 3–12) and progresses into Super Shots (ages 13+), providing age-appropriate coaching that grows with each player. For those who enjoy competition, our Development and Performance programmes support young athletes in refining their skills and preparing for success at regional and national events.
Adults can take part in our progressive Tennis Life adult pathway, beginning with Tennis Xpress for beginners and advancing through to Elevate, Advance, and Compete — designed to sharpen skills and build confidence at every level.
Looking for a fun, high-energy workout? Cardio Tennis is the perfect way to stay active, meet others, and burn up to 600 calories per session!

Pickleball sessions at the TotalCoach Tennis Centre run every Saturday and Sunday on the indoor courts at the TotalCoach Tennis Centre.
